appointment structure and process

How do I get an appointment for my pet arranged?

  1. Download and fill out the Veterinary referral form (available from the bottom of this page).
  2. Fill out the top section and ask your pets veterinary surgeon to fill out and sign the bottom section.
  3.  Either you or your veterinary surgery can email the completed form back to me.
  4. Once I have this back signed by your Veterinary surgeon, I will call you to arrange the initial assessment.

Menu / Price List

Canine/Feline/Small Animal Physiotherapy Prices Treatment Room

Initial Assessment and Treatment -1hr 30-2hrs

£95

A full assessment will be carried out of your pet. This includes gait assessment, stance analysis, physical examination and environmental assessment. A full treatment will be given depending on the findings of the assessment as well as a treatment plan. A report will be sent to the referring vet and email and WhatsApp contact to support you in between appointments.

Re-Assessment and Treatment -1hr30

£75

A follow up assessment will be carried out at a point dictated by the treatment plan and progress. This includes gait assessment, stance analysis and physical examination. This also includes a treatment and a review of the treatment plan. A follow up report will be sent to the referring vet.

Follow up Treatments -45mins-1hr

£60

Treatment and exercise prescription will be given.

Stance analysis only -15mins

£25

This is great for canine athletes or any owner that wants to check for any brewing issues as the stance analysis can pick up the most subtle changing in weight distribution before the human eye can. No veterinary referal is needed for this but please be aware I cannot get hands on without referral form and no treatment will be included in this service.

Payment is required at time of treatment (I have a card machine). Please check with your insurance company as some will cover physiotherapy treatments. I can provide you with a receipt to enable you to claim the money back.

Referral Form:

It is a legal requirement for a Veterinary Referral form to be filled out and signed by your vet prior to any treatment being given. Please download the form below, fill it in and ask your vet to sign it and send it back to me prior to booking an appointment.
