How do I get an appointment for my pet arranged?

Here is everything you need to know and do to book an appointment with Anna's Animal Physiotherapy for your pet:

Download and fill out the Veterinary referral form if needed (available below)
Fill out the top section and ask your pets veterinary surgeon to fill out and sign the bottom section.
Either you or your Veterinary Surgeon can email the completed form back to me (if possible along with clinical history and any imaging or reports that are relevant)
Once I have this back signed by your Veterinary surgeon, I will call you to arrange the initial assessment.
In the initial appointment we will make a plan of frequency of follow up appointments etc and you will be given a home treatment plan to do in-between appointments too.

Canine/Feline Physiotherapy Prices Treatment Room

Initial Assessment and Treatment -1hr30

A comprehensive assessment including:

Stance analysis and visual gait assessment.
Physical hands on examination.
Environmental assessment and advice given.
Treatment is included and tailored to the findings of the assessment.
A personalised home treatment plan is emailed post treatment for owner to follow in-between appointments.
Includes a vet report.
Email/ WhatsApp support for you in between appointments(within work h.
Add on Tendiboots dynamic gait assessment for £50 (takes approx 30mins)

Follow up assessment -1hr

£80

Stance analysis and visual gait assessment.
Provides objective data on symmetry loading and functional movements.
Only available for patients that have already had their initial assessment and this is aimed to check progress and recommended for all patients on a regular basis.
Treatment included.
Includes vet report.
Add on tendiboots dynamic gait assessment for £45

Follow up Treatments -45mins-1hr

£60

Follow up appointments are only available for patients that have had their initial assessment.

Treatment includes:

Treatment involving manual therapy, LASER,PEMF, and/or other modalities depending on assessment.
Home treatment plan and advice following discussion, assessment in that session.
Add on stance analysis for £30, Tendiboots Assessment for £45 or both for £70- please book prior to appointment.

Sports/Working dog/Proactive check- 1hr

£85

A proactive assessment for sports, working and performance dogs where it its important to check movement and functional assessment to insure your dog is at their optimum and not carrying any undetected injuries or pain. Includes:

Comprehensive movement evaluation combining dynamic(movement) assessment with Tendiboots and static(standing) assessment providing objective data in a visual and easy to interpret form.
Please note: No hands on assessment or treatments are included in this appointment.

NB: Payment is required at time of treatment. Please check with your insurance company as most will cover physiotherapy treatments if referred by your veterinarian.
